Ios 7 jaibreak is what every body is waiting  for , but it is not possible to get a jailbreak before the public release of this software. Because releasing a public jailbreak for the beta will kill the jb since apple will surely stop it and fix the exploits in the public release.

The apps and tweaks developer (the creator of the famous tweak "Activator")  Ryan Petrich posted a photo showing activator on ios 7 beta on an ipod touch, but this seemed to be a failbreak that need you to be registered as app store apps' developer.
